The College of Education Scholarship Conditional Application must be completed to be eligible for this scholarship.

This scholarship is open to students enrolled in the College of Education. All applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Junior class standing;
• Minimum 3.0 GPA;
• Demonstrated commitment to community service.

Preference will be given to a Harford County, MD resident.
