Nancy Gail Rubin Memorial Scholarship Endowment

The College of Education Scholarship Conditional Application must be completed to be eligible for this scholarship.

This scholarship is open to Early Childhood Education majors. All applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Undergraduate students who are enrolled in the Department of Early Childhood Education;
• Possess a minimum GPA of 3.0 or greater.

Preference will be give to candidates who are graduates of Baltimore City or Baltimore County high schools.
Special consideration will be given to candidates who also demonstrate financial need.
