Elizabeth Straining Rathell Memorial Scholarship Endowment

The College of Education Scholarship Conditional Application must be completed to be eligible for this scholarship.

This scholarship is open to students with a declared major in Elementary Education. All applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Full-time status;
• Declared major in Elementary Education in the College of Education;
• Maintain a 3.5 GPA in their major and free of disciplinary action.

Special consideration will be given to candidates who demonstrate financial need.
