Richard E. McCall Endowed Scholarship for Early Childhood, Elementary, and Special Education

The College of Education Scholarship Conditional Application must be completed to be eligible for this scholarship.

This scholarship is open to students majoring in Early Childhood Education or Elementary Education or some combination thereof or majoring in Special Education. All applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Major in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or Special Education;
• Junior, senior, or graduate students;
• Minimum overall cumulative GPA of 3.0;
• Maryland State resident;
• Demonstrated financial need.
