The College of Education Scholarship Conditional Application must be completed to be eligible for this scholarship.

This scholarship is open to Education majors who meet the following requirements:

• Demonstrate financial need as defined by the Financial Aid Office;
• Major in Education.

Preference will be given to graduates of Franklin High School, Reisterstown, MD.
