Robert H. & Ruth S. Sander Fund

Provides scholarship support for Distinguished Presidential Scholarships in the English and/or History Departments in the College of Liberal Arts (one award) and the College of Health Professions (five awards) and to establish the “Sander Senior Prize in History” (one award).
Awards are to recognize, encourage, and reward students who demonstrate the highest levels of intellectual achievement. These scholarships will be awarded to outstanding juniors and may be renewable for their senior years. Graduate students in nursing and nursing education may be considered in addition to juniors and seniors. Nursing candidates must have completed a minimum of 12 credits earned from Towson University within their Nursing Program.

Award amounts may vary depending on the amount of available funding.
